High school diploma or GED
At least 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, maintenance storeroom management, or MRO environments
Experience using inventory management, ERP, or CMMS systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications for data entry and inventory reporting
Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform physical inventory duties, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting in a manufacturing and warehouse environment
Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counting, spare parts planning and forecasting, and cost-conscious decision making in fast-paced manufacturing operations
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, automotive, energy, or equipment maintenance environments, with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Maximo, MP2, or similar systems used for inventory and maintenance management
