Solid understanding of wireless communication protocols, especially Wi-Fi (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax).
Strong experience in Wi-Fi testing over-the-air tests, including familiarity with test methodologies, tools, and frameworks
Network experience in IP address (v4/v6), subnet mask, routing , etc.
Knowledge of TCP/IP networking principles, configurations, and protocols - and the ability to perform these tasks.
Experience with Wi-Fi testing in the context of consumer electronics or networking devices.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (such as FCC, CTIA, 3GPP, etc.) for Wi-Fi products. Familiarity with Wi-Fi certification processes and testing requirements.
Understanding of RF (Radio Frequency) principles and antenna design considerations.
Proficiency in using Wi-Fi testing tools such as desk and laptop computers, spectrum analyzers, traffic generators, and network analyzers.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to analyze complex Wi-Fi-related issues.
Familiarity with security protocols and encryption standards used in Wi-Fi networks.
Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Linux) for test automation and CPE.
Self-motivated and proactive in staying up to date with the latest Wi-Fi technologies and industry trends.
Understanding or willing to learn RF system and Wi-Fi antennas and their TRP/TIS related to Wi-Fi over-the-air test is a plus.
Understanding or willing to learn LTE / 5G FR1 / Bluetooth (BTLE) related to Wi-Fi over-the-air test is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft tools required
