At least two years of payroll processing experience
Extensive and current hands on experience with ADP Workforce Now
Experience maintaining employee information within an HRIS
Ability to independently process payroll from start to finish using ADP Workforce Now
Experience using ADP Workforce Now for payroll, time and attendance, paid time off, employee changes, reporting, and payroll audits
Experience entering new hires, employee changes, compensation updates, deductions, tax information, direct deposit information, and terminations
Ability to work consistently during normal business hours on Mondays and Tuesdays
Availability for limited hours Wednesday through Friday as needed
Experience reviewing timecards and correcting payroll exceptions
Working knowledge of payroll deductions, tax withholdings, direct deposits, paid time off, and wage and hour requirements
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to meet weekly payroll deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Ability to work independently and maintain regular communication with the Human Resources Manager
