Electromechanical Assembler

High School Diploma or GED (Required)
5+ years of Electromechanical assembly or similar experience
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs are necessary and work extended periods on their feet
Ability to operate crane, fork trucks, and other material handling equipment
Reads and interprets complex blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics to facilitate assembly and testing of custom products
May be required to modify components using common hand and power tools and identify non-conforming material
Ability to read blueprints, knowledge of machine shop practices, mechanical fits and tolerances, and ability to read, comprehend, and transmit complicated and technical details
Ability to do complex electrical wiring based on engineering drawings and schematics and use test and calibration equipment to troubleshoot systems
Ability to use hand tools including wrenches, screwdrivers, arbor press, cordless drill, volt meter, soldering iron, etc.
Good organizational skills and ability manage multiple simultaneous projects across different disciplines
Good communication skills to interact with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Management
High level of problem solving ability, strong analytical skills, and ability to cope with mental and visual strain associated with some precision jobs
Plant environment with occasional exposure to dust, dirt, grease, noise, lubricants, cleaning fluids, and the hazards associated with working with power tools and hydraulic equipment
Reports to Production Manager
