On‑site Site Admin/.Endpoint Support Specialist
Provisioning and supporting endpoint devices for engineers
Configuring PCs for test stations and equipment
Managing permissions and software installs
Delivering high‑touch (“white glove”) support in a fast‑growing engineering environment
Follow existing workflows
Participating in refining and documenting those processes for future scalability
Partner closely with Molex Technology, Koch Technology, cybersecurity teams, and a counterpart based at the Maumelle manufacturing facility
Foundation knowledge and the ability to escalate appropriately
Support onboarding of 50–75 additional engineers, with long‑term growth to 100–150 engineers at the site

Install, manage, and troubleshoot software and permissions
Support PCs connected to engineering test equipment

Understand when to resolve issues independently vs. escalate to network/security teams
IT/OT environment exposure
Networking fundamentals (enough to ask the right questions)
Workflow documentation and process improvement
Remote access tools and secure file transfers
This is a Contract position based out of Conway, AR
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr
