High School diploma or equivalent education
Knowledge of Traffic Control products and services
Knowledge and understanding of blueprints
Basic computer skills
Efficient and effective organizational skills
Ability to effectively communicate with customers via telephone, email, and in-person
Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Adobe preferred
Sedentary – primarily sits at desk for majority of the day
