MUST be proficient with all Microsoft office software especially excel/word programs and have strong data entry skills.
Must be familiar with GIS Data sets and mapping. THIS IS REQUIRED
Must be familiar with ArcGIS and creation of dashboards and map layers. THIS IS REQUIRED
Must be able to create GIS Data sets and maps for critical infrastructure and facilities relative to the New Madrid Seismic Zone and other at-risk communities in Kentucky. THIS IS REQUIRED

Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license
Requires working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently; majority of lifting from knee to shoulder heights; other lifting required from various levels.
Requires use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance.
Requires frequent driving and some typing.
Must be able to carry and transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet.
