Must be eligible to drive on the Uber app (no suspensions from the Uber platform).
Must be 25 years of age or older.
Must have a valid California Driver's License with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Must have a clean driving record.
Fluent in English.
Able to communicate verbally and follow directions from our Driver Support team.
Comfortable with navigational apps (Uber driver app, Google Maps, emails, web browsing).
Capable of entering and exiting the vehicle consistently to assist customers with their luggage.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Able to sit for extended periods.

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Minimum two years commercial tractor / semi- trailer driving experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR): Only one license held, no DUI/DWI, refusal to test, leaving the scene of an accident, driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL, or at-fault fatal accidents, driving-related suspensions, revocations, or cancellations; disqualifying offenses; or reckless driving incidents
Ability to read and interpret information such driving routes, safety rules, sales tickets, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to sit, stand, push, pull, climb ladders, walk all day, and move/lift objects weighing up to 75 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in several types of weather
Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
