Must maintain a valid Driver's License and all other required credentials, certifications, and qualifications.
Excellent organization skills.
Must become proficient in the use of facility diagnostic equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
Minimum three (3) years' experience managing large facilities.
Excellent attention to detail skills.
Be familiar with statutes of and regulations pertaining to his/her trade.
Familiar with company policies and procedures.
