To be successful in this Gig as a Service Provider for TurboTax you will need to be proficient in the following:
Certification takes place over 3 days
Work from home & set your own flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday
Get paid $18.50 per hour
Get a $405 Certification bonus
Fast 24 hour Certification
Minimum 25 hours per week required
Strong communication is key in assisting customers with TurboTax products and tax return software. You'll need to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically.
The ability to understand and empathize with our customers' needs while driving innovation and providing top-notch service.
Earn an additional $5/hr from April 9-15 for all hours worked
You will be assigned an SME (Subject Matter Expert) who will support you during live calls. Plus Support an (MPS) Marketplace Performance Specialist as your advocate
