Ability to understand work orders, machine controls and settings, fixtures and tool requirements, and make adjustments as needed
Ability to hold and maneuver a weld torch, and operate foot and hand controls
Ability to operate a scissors lift with 27-inch step-up and 15-foot working heights
Ability to lift 30 pounds and apply 30 pounds of torque to ratchets
Ability to operate hoist, pallet jacks, or forklift (forklift operation requires passing a certification test and ability to step up 14 inches onto the forklift)

A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical / Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering and 3 years of process improvement engineering experience in the manufacturing industry; or 7 years of process improvement engineering experience in the manufacturing environment.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Ability to work overtime as required to support production or project work.
