Follows up on ALL customer request and questions to ensure appropriate response is made and customer is satisfied
Accepts responsibility to THINK about how own actions and actions of my associates effect our customers and our company
Loads trailers with merchandise scheduled to be shipped
Operate hand jacks and/or Material Handling Equipment experience in operating material handling equipment such as hand jacks, forklifts, reach's, order pickers, and other various material handling equipment
Operates within applicable safety guidelines as per government regulations, the company's safety manuals and/or stated safety policies, and common sense
Maintains performance at or above productivity standards and service level targets established by the company
Reads pick tickets, pick labels (or on-screen display, etc.), assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets
Treats all customers (both internal and external) with respect, courtesy and kindness
Be able to read and follow written instructions (pick tickets, labels, etc.)
Operate material handling equipment up to 95% of the time
Other duties as assigned to help meet company goals

Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals.
Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
Exposure to temperatures: <32 degrees Fahrenheit (freezing), 32-40 degrees Fahrenheit (refrigerators), >90 degrees Fahrenheit.
Ability to learn basic knowledge of all products carried in department.
Understanding of and compliance with WFM quality goals.
