Must have or be able to obtain a ServSafe Food Handler card
Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
Ability to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License
Must be able to push up to 400 lbs. on a pushcart with or without assistance
Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
Ability to work with kitchen equipment, such as mixers, ovens, and microwaves
Knowledge of proper rotation procedures, including but not limited to the first in/first out (FIFO) method
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance
Must be able to enter walk-in units with temperatures to -10 degrees
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic math skills
Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form
Must be able to bend and reach to a height of 6 feet with or without assistance
Previous commercial kitchen baking experience
Ability to work well within a team and with a diverse group of individuals
Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time in a hot or cold kitchen environment
At least 18 years of age
Ability to walk, stand, carry, push, pull, and roll over oven racks, dessert racks, and cabinets
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines while producing quality output
