Ability to read and follow detailed drawings and written/verbal instructions - required
5+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment - required
J-STD-001 certification (current or prior) required
High School diploma or GED - required
Ability to work the core schedule of 6:00am-2:45pm, Monday-Friday, with overtime as needed - required
English language proficiency for safety, quality documentation, and communication - required
All work must be performed in compliance with safety, chemical handling, and personal protective equipment requirements
