Extensive customer service, call center, or relevant corporate communications experience is occasionally accepted in lieu of security-specific backgrounds
1 to 3+ years in security operations, public sector dispatch, law enforcement, or a military occupational specialty
Strong attention to detail, strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess threats and dispatch emergency personnel independently
Ability to remain composed, speak clearly, and issue emergency directions under high stress
Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security – Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.
Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
Applicants must have a clean background and the ability to pass a drug test.
