At a minimum have a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a human services field or a Board of Regents degree
One-year professional experience in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities field
Completion of any training and certification courses as required by state regulations
Valid Driver's license from state of residence with satisfactory driving record as defined by Company vehicle policy and/or liability insurance carrier
Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company
Experience in managing systems, processes, and people
Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Capable of working responsibly with highly confidential information
Must meet all agency requirements for pre-employment as required by Company and/or State Regulations
Travel as needed
Medium Work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
