3–5 years of experience in laboratory operations, life sciences, healthcare, biomedical, agriculture, or a related scientific field
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or people management experience
Experience managing laboratory assets, equipment, or service operations
Customer-facing experience with excellent relationship management skills
Working knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and regulatory compliance
Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) or similar asset management software
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Onsite work in Norwood, Massachusetts (Location: Norwood, Massachusetts - onsite)

High school diploma or equivalent coupled with food manufacturing, laboratory, food testing, quality assurance, or related work experience; or post-secondary education related to food science, biological science, or related sciences
Up to 1 year of food manufacturing laboratory or quality assurance experience preferred
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Familiarity with all applicable laboratory equipment
Able to use Microsoft Office Suite and company computer systems
Able to use and understand calculations used for laboratory analysis
Able to follow laboratory procedures and state and federal regulations regarding the testing of applicable products
Able to keep good records (record keeping skill)
Able to follow directions
