Associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
Demonstrated ability to learn and operate complex machinery or manual/automated assembly systems
Strong hand-eye coordination and comfort working with fragile, miniature components
Experience working in cleanroom, optics, biomedical, aerospace, or similar environments (microelectronics assembly, etc.)
Familiarity with clean handling practices, including ESD protocols
Experience with precision cleaning and/or adhesive application with regard to semiconductor wafers and detector die
Must be comfortable following detailed work instructions and documenting work accurately
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to fine detail
