Availability for 12‑hour shifts (3 days on/4 days off and 4 days on/3 days off), with flexibility to move between shifts or work overtime as needed.
Ability to wear cleanroom garments (approximately 20%, depending on department) and occasional PPE such as chemical aprons and face shields (~1% of the time).
