Three plus years experience in assemblers or fabricator role
One plus years experience must be with communication systems, networks, or technologies
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions to accurately fabricate and assemble components according to specified tolerances and quality standards
Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments to ensure precision in fabrication and assembly processes while adhering to established DoD guidelines
Possess an active DoD Secret security clearance
For positions requiring a security clearance, selected applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with 2-5 years of related experience.
Strong understanding of drawings and specifications.
Proven measurement and quality proficiency.
Work performed in a manufacturing and production environment.
Extended periods of standing may be required; seating is available at all workstations.

Frequent use of hands for operating equipment, computers, and hand tools.
