3+ years of TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding experience with aluminum, Inconel, stainless steel and titanium
Experience reading blueprints and structural drawings
Experience using basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
Ability to work variable shifts (i.e. scheduled and unscheduled overtime; weekends and holidays) to support mission requirements and workload
