2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience
Working knowledge of building electrical systems and industrial equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC systems
Ability to interpret technical instructions, diagrams, and schematics
Computer skills including Microsoft Office and CMMS systems
Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be able to climb ladders, bend, crouch, and work in confined or awkward spaces
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Repair and maintenance responsibilities require independent work

Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift

Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer)
Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check
Ability to become Electric Pallet Jack certified within the new-hire training period
