Valid Driver's License
1–3+ years of experience in civil construction, sitework, public works, field inspection, quality control, assistant project management, or related field operations.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, specifications, scopes, and field documents.
Working knowledge of civil/site construction activities such as grading, drainage, concrete, surfacing, site preparation, material sequencing, and subcontractor workflows.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify field issues before they become rework or punch-list problems.
Comfortable visiting multiple active job sites and communicating with field crews, subcontractors, engineers, and office staff.
Strong written documentation skills, including notes, photos, reports, and issue tracking.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to job sites throughout New Jersey.
