**Experience** : 5+ years in maintenance engineering or similar role in manufacturing/industrial environment.

**Maintenance Knowledge:** Proven expertise in total productive maintenance practices, reliability-centered maintenance, and maintenance management systems.
**Manufacturing Knowledge:** Deep understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment;
