Required State HVAC or Engineer license
Universal level refrigerant recovery license (608)
Minimum of 5 HVAC experience
2 – 3 years in the commercial real estate industry preferred
Strong HVAC skills including knowledge of cooling towers, boilers, pneumatics, RTU, heat pumps, duct work and energy management systems as well as plumbing, electrical, fire & life safety skills
Working knowledge of web-based work order systems, such as Angus, Building engines or similar required
Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment and deal effectively with multiple, simultaneous deadlines and projects
Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
Regular use of various machinery and tools used in a general building maintenance environment
Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision and depth perception
May require the ability to operate a vehicle (i.e. truck, van, utility cart, etc.)
