Plumbing
Must be able to climb and work from ladders, and/or walk for extended periods
Requires experience in industrial wiring and the ability to read and follow wiring schematics and work without supervision
You should also have some experience in related building equipment and trades, such as air handling units, plumbing and steam fitting, fire systems and conveyors

Requires the ability to make low and high voltage repairs to all building electrical equipment

Must be willing to travel and provide on-site support for projects across the US (if necessary). Travel may be for extended periods of time
Must be able to work second-shift for extended periods of time and weekends as needed

Must be able to work full-time on construction project site
OSHA 10-hour card or ability to obtain it upon hire
Possession of a Federal Security Clearance (HSPD-12 minimum) or eligibility to obtain one
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction project management, or architecture in lieu of degree, an associate's degree or 2-years of construction trade school plus at least 1-year of relevant construction field experience, or a high school diploma/GED plus 3-years of relevant construction field experience
Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle
Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English
Must have independent means of transportation to the project jobsite
Strong computer skills, including knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
Advanced knowledge and application of English grammar including composition, editing and proofreading skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and be able to use best judgment in critical decision making

Experience in engineering with Mechanical , Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) construction drawing sets
5+ years of experience working in facility engineering, design, and maintenance
Knowledge of the International Building Code (IBC), Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), NFPA, ANSI, ASCE, and environmental systems industry standards
TS/SCI clearance is required
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
