At least 4 years of experience managing Programs that include simultaneous projects, having diverse system and contractual requirements, and competing deadlines.
At least 4 years of experience in Consulting/Business Analysis.
Previous experience as a project manager in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Experience managing Software Delivery projects or Systems Integration (Hardware & Software solutions) engagements both Fixed Price and Time & Material.
Two or more of these engagements must have included a Requirements Compliance Matrix that would have been successfully managed by the candidate.

7+ years of grants management experience
Master's Degree in Public Administration, Public Health, Business, Social Work, Healthcare, or related field
Hands-on HUD federal housing grant experience, including CDBG and ESG programs
Experience with HUD NOFO process
Experience with CDBG & ESG programs
Experience with CoC and BOS grants
Background in nonprofit or grant-funded environments
Strong knowledge of HUD regulations and federal compliance standards
Experience with grant systems (e.g., SAGE, eRA Commons)
Advanced Excel and reporting/data tracking skills
Strong technical proficiency with grant management and reporting platforms
Budgeting, financial coordination, and forecasting experience
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem-solving ability
High accountability with strong follow-through and responsiveness
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and complex grant portfolios
Valid Arizona Driver's License (clean record)
