4-year College Degree, some Computer Science or Computer Programming coursework a plus
MBA preferred
Advanced SQL expertise
Strong Power BI and/or Tableau development experience
Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, dimensional modeling, and data warehouse concepts
Experience translating business requirements into reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytical products
Experience developing scalable, reusable analytics solutions and self-service reporting capabilities
Experience partnering directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions
Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
Experience supporting healthcare, distribution, commercial operations, sales operations, shared services, or business services organizations
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and self-service analytics solutions using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and related technologies
Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices, and emerging analytics technologies
Familiarity with Salesforce and enterprise reporting environments
