High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of 18 months of experience in the electrical field or as an Electrical Helper.
Experience installing and working with electrical systems, wiring, and control equipment.
Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, grinders, and saws.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, reach, and work on ladders for extended periods in physically demanding production environments
Frequent use of hands and fingers for fine manipulation, tool use, and repetitive tasks, requiring full range of motion in upper extremities
Ability to lift, push, and pull materials and equipment up to 50 lbs, including moving carts and production materials
Comfortable working in variable conditions including high noise levels (85+ dba), dust, heat, cold, confined spaces, heights, and around moving machinery
Requires strong coordination, vision, communication skills, and sustained focus to safely operate equipment, follow instructions, and perform tasks simultaneously.
