Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a related field preferred
2-5 years of experience in industrial instrumentation and control systems
Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
Experience with HMI/SCADA software and programming tools
Familiarity with VFDs
In-depth understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, control circuits, and instrumentation
Knowledge of industrial networks and communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including blueprints, wiring schematics, and diagrams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Willingness to travel to client sites as required
Able to pass a background check
Able to pass a drug screen for federal contractor requirements
Hold a valid driver's license with clean driving record

Must own tools applicable to position
Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills

Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
