PCBA through hole and SMT certifications and experience is a plus
Fabrication skills such as using a hand drill or drill press a plus
Familiarity with production and product lean principals a plus
Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Candidate must possess a machining and fabrication background and ability to work within tight tolerance specifications.
