3–8+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance
Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and automated systems
Experience with PLCs and automated equipment
Ability to read schematics and diagnose system issues
Familiarity with motors, sensors, pneumatics, and high-voltage systems
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CMMS, etc.)

Completion of a federal or state sanctioned lineworker apprenticeship with approved supporting documentation and/or union or union-affiliated sponsored lineworker apprenticeship
Must be at least 18 years of age

Must have passed a California DMV medical exam by first day of employment
Ability to wear company provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
