Experience communicating technical concepts and analytical insights to non‑technical stakeholders through clear, concise written and verbal communication
Experience adhering to data integrity, governance, and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive or proprietary information

High School Diploma or equivalent

2+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or a related field
Experience managing multiple concurrent priorities, meeting deadlines, and delivering results in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Experience working with survey platforms such as Qualtrics or analyzing employee listening data
