Experience in building electrical control panel or electrical system integration experience
Plan, layout and perform diversified wiring on a variety of custom and standard products.
Test electrical controls and adjust as required
Ability to follow strict rules and procedures to meet Good Manufacturing Process and Safety requirements.
Strong soldering and de-soldering skills
Loading firmware/software onto required subassemblies/final products
Layout control boxes; drill and punch. Layout back panels; drill and tap.
Ability to maintain inventory accuracy.
Solder/Mount assembled components, such as, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits and sockets on chassis panels & on PCBs
Must be able to tin wires
2-3 years of related experience
Use hand tools such as crimps, stakes, wire strippers, cements, press fits, or similar hand tools
Intermediate IT Skills
Good mechanical aptitude using hand and power tools
Must have experience working with PCB, electrical wiring, and electrical components
Must be able to work with small components
Excellent eye for detail.
Ability to work effectively, unsupervised, under own initiative
