Experience working in an ESD-controlled environment a plus.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in electronic assembly or related manufacturing environment preferred.

Ability to read and follow work instructions, schematics, and component identifiers.
IPC-A-610 certification preferred but not required (company-provided training available).
Knowledge of electronic components and familiarity with PCB layouts.
