Bachelor of Nursing degree in required
Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs and Behavioral Centers; ALFs/ILFs as required by State).
Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
With current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
Must be pursued, in progress, and completed within 5 years.
