Follow chain-of-custody procedures for all gaming devices and sensitive components
Accurately receive, log, tag, and store incoming gaming equipment using approved inventory systems
Verify serial numbers, asset tags, and documentation against manifests and regulatory records
Maintain secure storage practices, including restricted access areas and proper segregation of regulated equipment
Prepare cabinets and parts for shipment in accordance with jurisdictional gaming commission rules and company SOPs
Perform routine audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance
Immediately report discrepancies, damage, or potential compliance issues to supervisors
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and in accordance with OSHA standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready warehouse environment at all times
