Verify product meets specifications including dimensions, perforations, construction, etc
Perform quality tests as directed by operator
Record quality check data
Retrieve product from conveyor and package in boxes/bags
Assemble and label boxes
Palletize boxes/bags according to specification
Thread web
Gather, move and bale waste product
Operate boom, soc or pillow equipment.
Clean production area
Perform minor production maintenance on equipment as instructed (cleaning sheeters, etc)

High School/Vocational School Graduate or GED required.
Entry Level. In an industrial/manufacturing environment.
Must be able to learn and practice safety
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, quality documents, and Standard Operating Instructions or procedure manuals
Ability to write and understand and practice Lean Principles, Kanban, etc...
Ability to perform basic math skills and/or computer skills
Ability to problem solve, deal with concrete variables in standardized situations, and interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Understand and perform basic quality checks
Use of basic hand tools (i.e. wrench, hammer, tap, drivers, tape measure); power or air portable tools (i.e. torque tools, hoist, Nailer/stapler); other tools such as: gauges, burring/metal, cleaning equipment, electrical/electronic testing equipment.
May be required/licensed to drive an industrial lift truck
