Requires knowledge normally acquired through a high school diploma/GED.
Ability to read materials to understand and apply content such as manuals, procedure manuals, or assembly materials.
Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
Ability to write to accomplish such tasks as completing forms or communicating simple instructions.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, metrics.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks as assigned by others with occasional direction.
Ability to communicate to explain or interpret well-defined business issues or procedures, following established patterns.
Responsible for keeping a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide assistance and cooperation with fellow associates.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety rules.
Basic mechanical skills, use of hand tools, measuring devices, and power tools once trained.
Basic understanding of the metric system and use of tape measures.
Ability to work together as a team to achieve productivity goals.
Requires manual dexterity, good eye/hand coordination.
