Front Desk Clerk
Pay Details: $12.00 to $14.00 per hour
Greet and assist guests and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and organized at all times
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for front desk operations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all front desk procedures and documentation
