Minimum 5 years of hands-on scaffolding experience in commercial or industrial environments.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience leading scaffold crews.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, scaffold designs, submittals, and structural drawings.
Proficiency in completing scaffold inspection reports and maintaining documentation logs.
Experience using job site reporting tools and software for timekeeping, safety tracking, and inventory management.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with field crews, customers, and management.
Demonstrated leadership ability, including training, mentoring, and holding team members accountable.
Physically capable of working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to travel between job sites required.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification required.
OSHA Competent Person certification for scaffolding (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
Knowledge of OSHA, ANSI, and local/state scaffold regulations.
