Strong knowledge of framing, trim, and cabinetry installation
Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Own basic carpentry tools and be comfortable using hand and power tools

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Read and interpret blueprints and follow specifications
Understand and adhere to local building codes and safety regulations
Perform both rough and finish carpentry work with precision
Install interior and exterior trim, doors, and windows
Construct stairs, landings, and custom features
Install kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and vinyl plank flooring
Assist Project Managers with structural layout and installation planning
Location: Mansfield, MA (on-site role) – projects throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island
