Hands-on experience using inspection tools including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, thread gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
Proficiency with electronic quality documentation systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T; requirements, engineering drawings, and customer specifications.
Utilize precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, thread gauges, optical comparators, and other metrology tools.
Document inspection results, nonconformance reports, and quality data accurately within quality management and ERP systems.
