3 or more years clinical experience in Behavioral Health
3 years of post-master's direct clinical experience in settings such as hospitals, ambulatory care, or outpatient facilities
3 years of experience with mental health and substance use disorders
Ability to type and talk simultaneously for at least 3 years
3 years of experience using Motivational Interviewing and strong technological skills
An active, unrestricted independent behavioral health license (e.g., LCSW, LISW, LMSW, LCPC, LP, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent) based on state regulations
Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling required
