Random drug testing for all colleagues will be conducted on a monthly or semi-monthly basis, depending upon factors including but not limited to the size of the facility and the number of colleagues on roll
Testing must be completed on the same workday the colleague is informed of selection for testing, absent extenuating circumstances
Ability to hear and see safety/emergency alarms and Power Industrial Truck (PIT) warning devices to ensure safety while on warehouse floor
Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Proficient in the use of computers and handheld technology
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
Testing must be completed within 24 hours of notification
Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic equipment
Lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.
