High school diploma or equivalent required.

Strong knowledge of safety procedures and ability to remain calm in emergency situations.
Ability to operate vehicle lifts and secure wheelchairs and mobility devices.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with leadership and team members.
Ability to assist residents with mobility devices.
Ability to lift or support wheelchairs and mobility aids.
Compliance with DOT and state driving regulations.
Ability to pass motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
Exposure to outdoor conditions, traffic, and emergency situations.
Willingness to work flexible schedules tied to resident activities.
Meets any federal, state, or local requirements applicable to transportation roles, as required by the community.
Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of state-mandated and/or federally required background screenings, which may include criminal history checks, fingerprint-based screening, Level 2 background screening, registry verification, and other screenings required for healthcare and senior living roles with direct or indirect resident access.
Employment in Florida is contingent upon completion of a Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida AHCA requirements.
Applicants will be required to complete fingerprinting and background screening through the AHCA Clearinghouse.
