Commercial Vehicle Drivers must have the ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.
Touch freight – may need to lift, push or move product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and as much as 100 pounds repeatedly.
Flexibility – overtime as required, weekends and holidays as business needs require.

Must have valid commercial driver's license (CDL)-Class B; hazardous materials and tank endorsements required*. Automatic transmission **CDL** restriction allowed.
Must possess one (1) year experience in a straight truck or similar sized vehicle within most recent three (3) years or successful completion of FedEx Freight Driver Development Course
Must be twenty-one (21) years old
Must possess acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) based on hiring standards
Must be able to lift/carry hand freight and other items weighing up to 100 pounds
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, bend, twist, squat, climb in and out of truck
