At least 1 year of relevant production experience, including basic painting with oil-based enamel paint, etching, and finishing techniques
Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs
Proficiency with standard measurements and basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals)
Ability to read and interpret safety instructions, operating manuals, and procedures
Strong hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and attention to detail
