Ability to contribute immediately without extensive training or supervision
Ability to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, jib cranes, and other mobile equipment and lifting devices to perform work operations as needed
Demonstrated ability to interpret complex assembly instructions from blueprints/drawings
Ability to read and interpret measurement devices including but not limited to tape measures, calipers, micrometers, pressure/level/temeperature gauges and devices, vibration monitors, etc.
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong technical skills and problem-solving capabilities to work independently and adapt quickly
Working knowledge of vacuum pumps design, manufacture and maintenance is highly beneficial
Proven ability to handle complex, large-scale assemblies with precision and efficiency and effective use of appropriate hand and power tools
Assembly Experience with the ability to install and align motors/gearboxes/pumps, perform extensive piping runs, and install valves and instrumentation to engineering drawings and specifications
Able to manually lift up to 50lbs
Must have basic computer skills to perform daily tasks in Microsoft Teams/Oulook, view and enter information into the business systems and production tracking programs, and complete required training through the company training portals
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in production assembly or a related field
