One (1) year supervisory and management experience in a skilled nursing, long term care, hospital or home health environment including hiring team members, coaching and discipline, performance management, daily operations supervision

Candidates must currently possess or be eligible to obtain a Top Secret clearance with polygraph
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a critical care setting such as Emergency Department, ICU, Trauma Center or PACU
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an Occupational Health setting; may be combined with the 5 years of critical care.
Passing the NCLEX-RN (National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses)
State nursing license valid in Virginia
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certifications
Experience working in Occupational Health and Critical Care settings
Ability to read, write, and analyze/evaluate medical charts
